Remote Team Performance Management
About Course
Remote Team Performance Management is an applied Bekkers Academy programme built for people who need to perform in real workplaces, not merely pass a quiz. Remote Team Performance Management in practice: turn expectations into measurable performance through QA, coaching, escalation and accountable team operations.
The course moves from first principles into practical systems, decision-making, quality control and realistic workplace scenarios. Learners work with topics including SOP adherence, exception management, risk ownership, audit evidence, continuous improvement, quality standards, then progress into definition of done, QA scorecards, sampling plans, calibration sessions, defect classification, root-cause analysis and advanced application of corrective action, preventive action, KPIs, leading indicators, lagging indicators, targets and thresholds.
Every module combines explanation, examples, a repeatable framework, error-prevention guidance, a practical task and a knowledge check. The final capstone asks the learner to produce evidence of competent work and explain the reasoning behind key decisions.
