Escalation Procedures
About Course
Escalation Procedures is an applied Bekkers Academy programme built for people who need to perform in real workplaces, not merely pass a quiz. Escalation Procedures in practice: turn expectations into measurable performance through QA, coaching, escalation and accountable team operations.
The course moves from first principles into practical systems, decision-making, quality control and realistic workplace scenarios. Learners work with topics including escalation matrices, incident severity, risk ownership, exception management, audit evidence, client readiness, then progress into continuous improvement, quality standards, definition of done, QA scorecards, sampling plans, calibration sessions and advanced application of defect classification, root-cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action, KPIs, leading indicators.
Every module combines explanation, examples, a repeatable framework, error-prevention guidance, a practical task and a knowledge check. The final capstone asks the learner to produce evidence of competent work and explain the reasoning behind key decisions.
